Why should I seek therapy?  

It’s a hard question to answer at times.  I don’t want to make any assumptions about my potential clients, but I also don’t want to give them a canned answer. I’ve found that the more I know about my potential clients, the better I am able to help them decide if it’s the right thing for them to do.  

Therapy can help you to navigate the things in your life that are causing you to feel stressed out, anxious, depressed, scared, or even happy.  I don’t promise that it’ll fix what is happening, but I’ll do anything I can to help you.  

It might look like an encouragement to shop around, I might let them know that even if someone is “making” them seek help that it’s still their choice.  It might even look like disclosing that I’ve been to therapy.  No matter what, I want to help you make that decision, not pressure you into it.
